Associate Consultant

Location: Gurgaon

Reporting To: Associate Partner/ Partner

Pay Scale: Market Comparable

Role Summary

An Associate Consultant at SDF gets an opportunity to develop & hone his/her consulting skills by working across sectors with diverse clients and roles, owning internal initiatives and developing intellectual property. S/he would also be responsible for his/her own learning to get ready for performing a bigger role in our success. S/he will actively lead and support business development initiatives for the organization.

What Will I Do What Will Make Me Successful

Client Delivery:

  • Prepares client delivery documents, workshop content, surveys, back end data tracking and reporting etc.
  • Leads or supports client delivery meetings and workshops.
  • Support project management of the ongoing projects and engage with clients directly whenever necessary
  • Delighted Clients

Business Development:

  • Generate leads from own network and other sources for new business opportunities
  • Support senior team members in business development meetings with existing and prospect clients
  • Independently prepare approach notes, client proposals, draft agreements/contracts etc.
  • Generating revenue for the organization

Product Development & Knowledge Creation:

  • Generate new ideas and develops products and intellectual property
  • Writes case studies and articles for marketing initiatives
  • Generating revenue for the organization

Learn & Grow:

  • Reads and shares latest trends and research publications in the HR space
  • Actively enrolls for related courses and certifications
  • Ready for a bigger role

Internal Initiatives:

  • Proactively nominates self for internal initiatives (e. g. social media campaigns) and is committed for its success
  • Enhanced organizational productivity

What I have done

  • Post Graduate – HR; Preferably an Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics / Psychology Graduate
  • Overall experience of 2-5 years in HR function / Consulting
