Previously she has done internships under the Human Resources Department at both EMAAR India and MedTourEasy. Through these internships, she has gained immense knowledge about the functioning of an organization and has worked in the areas of employee selection, recruitment, engagement programs, compensation and benefits and training and development of employees to enhance their skills and abilities. She has also conducted and observed interviews for recruiting employees at different levels.
She has also done qualitative and quantitative research in the area of organizational psychology focusing on understanding the organization's culture and dynamics and has even published a research paper on The Role of Emotional Labor in Mental Health.
