Tarannum Khan

Tarannum Khan is currently working as a Management Trainee with the firm.

In her pursuit of gaining practical experience, she has undergone training with the HR departments of NBCC (I) Ltd and Code Vyasa. Her involvement with the HR Department has provided her with insights into the functioning of organizations and their various departments and an understanding of how different groups collaborate within an organization. She has actively participated in activities such as employee retention, interpersonal relations, job stress survey and analysis, recruitment and selection, and general HR tasks such as maintaining the superannuation database, transfers, and role assignments.

Additionally, she has also done quantitative and qualitative research, having authored a dissertation and research on concepts of a sense of belonging, organization climate, motivation, and selection.

Tarannum holds a post-graduate degree in Applied Psychology specializing in Organizational Behaviour from Jamia Millia Islamia.
