Anshica Aron is currently working as an Analyst.
Previously, as part of her internship, she worked on a live project for a large pharmaceutical company focusing on talent management, competency mapping, and creating an assessment centre for first-level managers. Through this experience, she gained practical knowledge of competency mapping, psychometric assessments, behavioural event interviewing, business simulation, and role-playing techniques of assessment centres as well as individualized report-making.
She has also created training modules on diversity and inclusion at the workplace, developed competency frameworks, and conducted an on-field case study to assess the workplace culture and HR practices of a leading e-commerce firm as part of her internship and training.
She holds a Masters Degree in Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Behaviour from the University of Delhi.
